Thanks! Those are good ill do those both sides and alternating I guess.

Also if you guys have any (rake, sole stall) drills that would be great. They werr so natural on my strong leg but I have sort of neglected them on my weak leg.

multiple spinning ducking clippers would sort of be a confidence boost! :wink:

..Just wondering..

Why dexless? What are your goals in footbag? Do you enjoy doing these tricks? I suppose its nice to see someone going about this style of footbag, but I dont see how you can push yourself in the sport if youre limiting yourself to a majority of the tricks that exist in the game.

My goals for footbag consist of having fun and getting better and achieving a level of play of am happy with. I can dex. But i really enjoy moves with spins and weird stuff (sole stalls, dragons, pendulous) Dexs seem overused I guess. I still use them obviously but I try to do other stuff.

My diving needs a lot of work if anyone has some sweet diving drills/moves

Yeah. Footbag is more fun for me dexless. When practicing, I still dex, but My favorite move is the flying clipper. Something about how simple it is and how much fun it is for me is great.

Got bored with dexless stuff. I would like some challenges involving:
-pendulous (ducking diving etc) & stepulous
-soles and flappers
-calves(behind the back version)
-frigid and arctic
-Neo Set (really bad)
-hyper set (pretty bad)
-swixie set (ok at this) (can step out of it)

I would like single moves but runs are cool too.

Oh if you dont know
Arctic= frigid set pixie
neo= inside set pixie
hyper= rooted pixie
swixie= xbd toe set pixie
stepulous= pendulous stepping

neo symp switch caught on an inside delay.
pendulous / stepulous ducking flapper

and i know you said no more dexless but if you change your mind :

far osis > ducking osis > diving osis rpt

Enjoy!
