footbag: play to have fun, don't hurt myself, and be realistic... only actual goal would be getting better at fearless

life: procrastinate less! :)

Footbag - To have a fearless record of +10, have strings consistantly above 20 contacts and to meet more footbaggers.

Life - Maybe get involved in a relationship and enjoy life a little bit more.

Footbag: No goals except to be kind to my body. I don't think my ankle will be playable in 06, but by the time it is, I'd like to be in tip top shape.

Life: Stop doing things that make me miserable, and replace them with things that make me happy. It's simple, yes, but I've only realised how attainable it is over the past several months.

Do some sit ups and push ups everyday, get more sleep, practice trombone every day, fast 3 days per month, etc. I might throw in "play footbag at least once a week" but we'll see.

Footbag: 10 unique fearless, a dropless routine, and a score over 206 in a Shred30 in comp.

Life: figure out a career track, be it getting a job or going to school.

You guys aren't even serious about your resolutions. But that's okay.

I like Brad Kaplan's.=Don't make em cause I don't follow through.

Mine is real serious because last years no smoking helped my life so much.

Mine is to follow the diet I made up last summer.

NO Flour
NO Dairy(unless organic)
NO Soy
NO Preservatives
NO DRUGS(except caffeine)

and NO, I'm not kidding. Please hold me to this resolution if you see me.

New Years Resolutions..! what a great topic.

Hmm.. let's see.

*Eat better! -This actually started for me around Christmas, and is going really well so far! :)

*Better usage of shred-time! -I don't know if you can even say this, but my point is, I want to get better at knowing when I have enough energy to go hard and when not to. And also the wisdom to not shred like.. 6 hours in a day, if I also plan on shredding lots the next day!! (I tend to forget about this when the sun shines..)

*Party more. I'm quite serious about this one too. :) I used to party so much, and these last few years I've been slacking lots on that area!! So yeah... more party! :P

.. can't think of any others right now, though there of course are loads..

happy new year people

Footbag: suck less.

Life: poop less. That one's kinda working. I was supposed to stop smoking cigarettes, but that didn't work really, so I'm still going to stick to my ultimatum of my 21st. I've given my brother to kick me in the balls daily if I don't stop smoking.

myself wrote:drink less
Just went out to a bar, held off for as long as I could, until the bartender gave back somebody 3 20's and some other dollar bills, and we gave a 50 for a couple drinks, so in short, we came out with more money than we gave. That had to be celebrated with free drinks, so jager, beer, tequilla has already entered into my system, f it.
