Personally i drink gatorade and sometimes water.

I don't know what i would do without gatorade.

Water, Gatorade, Mt. Dew (at start for caffiene). I also like to have a smoothy a couple of hours in advance (2 cups milk, 1 banana, 2 cups yogurt, all blended).

I usually drink water.

If I can, I get gatorade. Fierce Melon or Fruit Punch. I notice though that it tends to just sit in my stomach and I can feel it moving around when I play. I can drink the same amount of water and never notice it when I shred.

I primarily drink water. before I play, I drink a Sobe No Fear. That's the unofficial official energy drink of the las vegas zombies footbag club.

It takes your body about 20 minutes to become hydrated from a bottle of water so I drink one on my way from the train to our kicking spot. Then a few bottles throughout the session.

yeah. i brought a 4 litre jug to saturdays jam because i envy your water!! all i drink is water when i shred. i love iced tea. its one of my favourite things to drink. but it messes me up when i play.

i used to always have a slurpee after. and derek has one after he plays too. but water is just so good. when i need energy i like a mars or snickers bar. that really does it for me!!
