Thanks for the review ben:

those were the last of my bags. I can take custom orders from who ever wants one, or you can enter the MS paint contest and win 2 of them.

I really like the looks of these bags. once you get paypal, I'm gonna get 1.
(if they're as good as you say haha)

now i need to know if you can make the 4colour pattern? it's 4 diffrent colours and no colour ever touches itself. thats what i plan to get if you can do them. :)

Ben Rea sent me some 12 panel footbags that arrived too late for GRASS, and so I've still got them, and chose the biggest of them to keep for myself (which he hasn't objected to yet, thanks ben!). It's been my primary shred bag for the past few weeks. so, here's a few words on it.

Right from the get-go, it played great. it set truly, it has stayed round enough to do swirl set, it doesn't flop too much. It's a great playing bag, and I'm glad to have it. There really isn't much more to say about it. Looks like his stitching consistency has improved since the green one I've got, as well.

Now, a few words on my thoughts on 12 panels.

some people think that 32p is better than 12p because more panels = more roundness = straighter, more predictable sets, but I don't quite agree with that.

remember, we are using something that is supposed to be catchable. By nature, it's not supposed to retain all it's roundness. it's supposed to give a little and become misshapen so it can sit on our feets. I would say that the roundness that a 12p offers is plenty round enough.

some people think that 32p is better than 12 because it has bleed holes, and you can change the filler.

Well, that's true. You can change the filler on a 32p, and if you really really like being able to do that, that's great, but remember: we're talking about footbag stitchers here, they do custom work, and they can fill a bag to your specs. If you know what you like about your fill, you can tell the stitcher of the 12p what you want, and get it in there from the start.

12s are cheaper to purchase and faster to stitch, and I think they play wonderfully. The one I got from ben was playable immediately. Less stitches = faster breakin, less stiffness. Thanks to Ben for providing good, cheap bags for us to use.

sold to me ... i await its multi-coloured gloriousness and its large-panelled squishiness :D.

i'll be sure to expouse more of its virtues once we've had a chance to get to know one another more intimately ... in the flesh so to speak.

sorry: that sexy call got me started ... i wasn't really trying to make you jealous .
