Help support Hackrifice: buy a tshirt!

Post by Muffinman » 15 Sep 2005 19:55

Hey guys. We have, like, 20 tshirts leftover from the Hackrifice Open this past month. We had a smaller attendance than usual this year and didn't manage to break even on the tshirt cost. Is anyone is interested in supporting a couple of broke, school-bound Hackrifice members by buying a sweet tshirt? I'm not sure of the price yet, but it will doubtfully come to more than $20 CAN, after shipping. Here are some crappy-quality webcam shots:

the price is $10 canadian dollars (the equivalent of $8.50 USD or 8 euros) plus shipping. we are more than happy to ship to europe but at this time we do not know how much shipping will be to european countries. i have no idea how pay pal works, but i will see if we can't open an account to make this easier for you all.

we had 60 two weeks ago, so they are going relativly quick here in the city (i always carry a couple with me). if you want one PM me sooner rather than later, so your size is still available.

as of right now, we are not interested in trades, since we are trying to cover the costs of the tournament we just held. if we traded you a shirt, we would just have to try to sell that one. :P sorry.

We were told the small was super small and they're not pre-shrunk, but I like skintight shirts, and my medium is too big for my taste.
By the way, thanks so much for the interest, everyone, we REALLY appreciate it! Everyone is the best!

EDIT: Sorry for the double post, but I can't delete the above...

Here

-REGULAR shipping to europe will be $5 cad (3.50 euros) estimated time will be 4-6 weeks. Total cost would be 11.50 euros.

-AIR MAIL shipping to europe will be $7 cad (5 euros) estimated time will be 2 weeks. Total cost would be 13 euros.

we prefer, at the moment, personal checks or money orders in canadian funds. Don't send cash, because that can get "lost" in the mail quite easily, and you won't get it back. we are working towards getting pay-pal set up along with forms on Hackrifice.com. no idea how long that will be.

payments can be mailed to:

Andrew T. Grant
162 Woodfield Bay
Winnipeg, Manitoba
Canada
R3R 3B1

don't forget to self address your envelopes, and include you sizing info, and a lock of your hair (just kidding) so i don't have to wait to mail out the shirts while i fire off e-mails to you.

Big Thanks to every one who has shown interest in getting one of these bad ass shirts!!!

Hey Anssi, would you like to order with me? I just have to check my financial situation to measure the risks of this investment. :D

I want one - medium - as fast as possible !

13 euros - no problem

I want to use paypal if it is possible - otherwise I guess it would be too expensive.

Ok so I think that I already ordered one shirt and wait for the payment until paypal is running ?

Thanks great shirt!
