I'd say that anything up to about 40 dollars is a "fair" price, considering the man hours put into the production of this video. Filming took about 5 months or more, and editing . . . probably at least 100 to 200 hours. That's a lot of f-cking hours for only 25 dollars, esp. when the video is going to be about 2 hrs long. Fuck it, this isn't going to be just a video, this is going to be a FEATURE FILM.

I agree with Grom on that. This isn't your regular DVD, I'd say $ 30.00 - 35.00. I haven't seen it yet, but with how much work I believe you've put into it, it should definitely be much more than $25.00 like your regular footbag DVD. Plus, aren't you including Freestyle Fantasy on DVD with it ??? I'd lean towards 40.00 with shipping included...

Im just being honest and realistic but at those prices I think you will sell less and make less $$ than you possibly could. Maybe start it off high and the people who REALLY want to see it will pay more. Just like with feature films they start off expensive in theatres then end up cheap at blockbuster, everyones happy :) .

It's a tough one.

We can all tell you how much you should be selling it for, Sam. But (as I'm sure you're aware), the question is really... "How much are you prepared to pay for my DVD?"

You ask that question and, if everyone is completely honest, they'd be telling you the last year of your life ain't worth squat!

I think that you've given those people enough of a chance to pre-book, and support the venture at a very good price ($25?). Now it's time to (try to) reap the rewards. Charge what YOU feel it's honestly worth.
Hood's call of $40 is prolly the most I'd pay, although I'm in Australia and would still appreciate the cost to include shipping, somewhat.
But then there's my general financial situation that restricts me from buying anything I can't honestly justify... especially when I need new Lavers and a bag.

I don't know if this post has helped, but... good luck.
Comment in the BCS blog if you feel the need to.

After that I'm in Afrika and no shipping method to where I will be is safe..
