I need help understanding the sets atomic, fairy, pixie(etc.) I would apppreciate it it if someone could explain it to me or send me a link to a previous thread that this has been disscussed in, thanks.

Yeah they are good resources. In future red, check out the "Trick Tips" sub forum. In particular this thread which has a master list of all threads requesting help for certain tricks. Props to Erik for the hard work
