I've always practiced in-out but recently tried out-in. Even though I haven't hit out-in yet, it feels much easier. I hope to hit that soon. Then TATW in>TATW out.
I feel quad is definitely possible!

Props John! I think skooling it both directions barefoot is a good way to train your foot for the precision you need to get it in shoes.

I've hit TATW barefoot a couple weeks ago, I've done it 2 more times since then
