MOVES YOU DROP are very interesting to see. You should continue to include
I would like to hear the original music you are shredding too WITH the sound of your footsteps. I like HEARING SHRED.
I think that if you ever can't afford flying to a tournament you should tell everyone to send you $5 for all these sweet video's you posted for them.
I'd do it.

Juggling was lame? Ok cool. Kind in mind I'm a pretty lame guy to begin with.ShredOnLawn wrote:The juggling was lame. Just cut to the shred please.
The matt you're playing on looks pretty nice. Is it a linoleum floor with a rubber matt on top or what?
How do you shred so hard so often and not get too stiff to hack?
Tell us a couple of your secrets man.
Do you cut out the canvas out of the inside, outside, and toe?
What about insoles?
Warm up?
Tell Tell
The mat is just a thin woven carpet type deal. I dunno, I can't explain it very well. My floor is an even thinner carpet, but I was literally SHREDDING it when I was shredding, hence the mat. lol
I don't get stiff very often. Guess my body is just used to the stress I put on it. Being 17 helps.
Secrets? No "secrets" really. I've been maintaining a fairly healthy diet and watching my weight. Been having whey protein shakes for breakfast often. Vitamins everyday. All the boring stuff.
I cut all the canvas out of the shoe that I can. Sporting the "no toe walls" for a while now. Brocka mod for longer than that.
My insoles are cheap pharmacy "one size fits all" deals. Not the gel ones. I got a pair of those and they fell apart after the first week.
I do a standard warmup pretty much. A few minutes of both-sided basic kicks, basic stalls. Then tiltless for 5 minutes or so, all easy 2s both sides. 5 minutes of BOPs with some easy 3s thrown in. Then I incorporate basic single dex sets amidst BOPs. All this takes about 15-20 mins (the warmup) Then shred. Every session I try and build up from the very beginning. It helps.
I also enjoy hearing shred. But having music inserted into footage that contains blaring music with footsteps creates a jumbled mess. If I don't add music, the sounds would seem random and my shred songs would be jumping all over.ShredOnLawn wrote: I would like to hear the original music you are shredding too WITH the sound of your footsteps. I certainly don't make videos to expect profit from them. Then again, if people want to send me money, I doubt I'd refuse.
Edit: Chan, most of your requests are quite reasonable. I shall try.

Amazingly sick videos. I'm showing them to people here at Princeton, just to get more people primed on trying footbag. Like "Hey this could be you in a few months!
"
Dude don't give a rat's ass what people say about your juggling intro. Nobody's forced to watch these vids... I say do whatever the hell you want. It's all at the beginning anyway, if somebody thought it was so lame they can easily start the little video scroller to where the shred starts. I thought it was cool, so juggle away and love doing it. I'm waiting till you can do both at the same time.
Keep on rockin' in the free world.

Craig Kowal- representin' Ivy League footbag baby. Right...

jugglin two on a dragon stall, lets not kill him, I don't even think two on clipper is possible, i saw a guy do two on an inside but it was like in a columns pattern, a better request would be to try the immediate switching of the two bags like vasek does in the RAW vid.

Fuck you! Jordan.
Watching your videos makes me want to go out and shred, and then I think of my knee and realise that I cant.
So now, thanks to your absolute coolness and blinding abilities, I feel sad.
I hope you feel good about yourself.

Keep em comming, though. Your inventiveness rocks.

15 Minute Warm Up!
Wow, that's a long time.
I usually just warm up with Butterfly osis Paradox Mirage and other easy three adds. Not kicks. I think kicks are too abrupt.
I think a longer warm up is one of the main reasons you don't get stiff.
Is the warm up fun?
What about your Shoes Modifications?
(P.S. Don't get me wrong about your juggling. You've got mad skills. I just don't like watching juggling that much. I'm obsessed with Shred!)

Your videos are great. Which is an understatement. I love them. It's great watching them the first time, my eyes end up sliding across my monitor.
Request: Just now I was thinking a crossbody cloud kick would be cool to do.
And if that is easy enough for you could you do a double over down ending in a crossbody cloud kick?
