What to show someone who has never seen footbag? (no video)

What video would you show someone who has never seen or heard of
footbag before?

In my opinion, the choice of video would be based on the following criteria:

- good lighting, the bag has to be clearly visible
- good use of slowmotion, because a video that is only in realtime is
not comprehendable for a non-footbagger
- good shred of course
- good variety of moves

With which video do YOU show people what Footbag is about?

I've been planning on producing a video like this, too bad that I haven't had chances to shoot it yet, everything else would be ready.
