Funky Chicken Making a Comeback

Post by h4x354x0r » 08 May 2013 05:40

It's been awhile. I've had knee problems, then broke my ankle last fall. But I'm back to report I've got some shit going on: A serious, dedicated new footbag group, and a rally like this to cap a 3-1/2 hour footbag session.

My current goal is to hit a string of 31 3+ add moves in 2013 - 31 3's in 13.

Looking sharp. Its time for some uptime dexs. Some easy single dex four adds would add some more variety. Dynos and blenders with those torques. Keep it up.

Damn. The man who sells me my footbags throws down the gauntlet, with a loud clang. That was the "New Man" - the new blue & white bag you recently sent me, BTW. I will do my best not to disappoint. :D

I only brought that up because your game is looking solid. There are a few easy uptimes and single dex fours. You look fast and controlled. Plenty of time for more concepts and with your height and leg length, the options are endless. Keep it going. Your inspiration has a deep reach.

Love people who clearly enjoy playing the game - it makes a player at any level exciting and enjoyable to watch. Whether watching your videos here or on your blog, your enthusiasm always makes me want to go pick up a bag and play. Great stuff!

Incredible! That is the definition of 'in the zone.' I plan to put more kicks back into my game for longer strings - it is tempting to try tricks I know I can't hit when I'm flagging...but you make kicks look like wow!

I have a smile on my face for the duration of every video I watch of you. It is so clear that you love footbag, and that positive energy makes me realize my love for the sport as well. Thank you.

LOL I'd probably be doing less kicks, and more harder tricks, if I could. But... I do love to play footbag, regardless. Thanks so much for letting me know it shows, and inspires. Footbag has been so incredibly rewarding to me, I can only hope it might provide something similar to others. Keep kicking!

Great Torques! They certainly surprised me. Glad to see that you're back at it. Keep it up man!

Do you think you can do knee > spin/gyro > knee? Or, at least knee > spinning something? If anyone could do it, I bet you could!
