Starting footbag is tough

Post by Jake2724 » 15 Jun 2009 08:03

I picked up a reall juggling bag about a week ago have been footbaging with that for 5 days than got a leather footbag at dicks. Now I just got my Mr. I am having trouble catching onto footbag for a week I only can get about 10 consecutive. Any help? I'm having trouble on toe kicks kicking the bag straight up.

there are numerous threads check out 21 ways to become a better shredder and on youtube there is a tutorial for most tricks although that sounds a little down the road

just kick the bag up straoght catch it repeat till u can do that consistently then dont catch try to get about 100-150 before you move onto stalling the bag and what not

lastly if you have not figured it out by now inside of the foot is easiest but use the toe and outside as much as possible it was frustrating for most people in the start

USE BOTH SIDES AND PRACTICE GOOD LUCK

i dunno if i agree completly with footbagger007. not to be a pain in the ass!

but getting 150 consek kicks aint that easy you know, and whats more it takes along time. i think you should start trying out stall after you can do bout 30 or so.

reason being, you can just have a lil play around, get a feel for it on your foot, and it not like it matters if you dont get it right away, because your not counting or going for a record. you just pick it up if it falls off, and have another go.

plus the different challange keeps it fresh and intresting in your head. so less likley to get bored.

but deff focus on the kicks as your main port of call, and alot of em, that footbagger007 is def right on. just keep stalls as a 5min break from record breaking to give you sumin new to do. thn go back and try beat your record.

anyway that my humble opinion.

keep at it............
