Getting tense?

Post by CheeseMan » 14 Dec 2006 20:17

i've noticed that whenever i'm trying to go on a run, i get really tense while i'm trying to pull off moves. will this get better once i can hit the moves more easily?

It can be a mental thing.

Your subconscious ignore's all "no's", "don'ts", "won'ts" etc.

So if you're thinking "DON'T DROP" all your subconscious can think about is dropping and you will tense up. Relax. When I'm in a run I like to think that I am in my own universe and no one else can observe me or even exists.

Oh yeah, watch this video. Great motivation for your "inner game". Footbag is probably 50% mental.
