Post by frozenwalkway » 13 May 2007 18:22

hey wats up guys. this is my first time posting and i started play "hacky sack" about a year ago now. but i started playing footbag about mm i guess half a year. just starting this thread to say high for the first time here on modified. im from rhode island.

i guess im a begginer even though i can get a few tricks

i can do
both side stalls
almost both toe stalls
my left outside stall
right foot around the world
right foot legover
right foot clipper stall
right leg ducking stall
and half the time a right foot ducking clipper

as you can see im not very balanced and any tips would be great.
right now i use a deva bag which is kinda hard. gonna order a Mr or a facile Mr soon. and i use saucony running shoes.

so yea just saying hi to the community with this first post.

oh yea theres one trick which i dont know the name for.
its when you inside stall and go around the bag and catch it on an inside stall again verticlly. ive only seen people do that during a clipper but does it have a name in the front? thanks

have a good day! :P

That's another way of doing around the world, I've heard people call it "inside around the world" I think.

When you do it cross body (clip > dex > clip) its called swirl.

Good luck with freestyle!
