Hello
I found this site while looking for modified Rod Lavers. I have been intrested in Footbag for a few months now, I only started kicking a few days ago with a ghetto homemade bag. I'm not very good can only keep it up for 4/5 hits but I'm having fun and plan to get Lavers and a good bag soon.

nice you are on the right track.
remember.
stay both sided.
play atleast once a day.
don't do anything stupid that will hurt you causing you to take a break, slowing your progress.
