Anssi is in Canada on January 19th-25th

Post by Anz » 08 Jan 2009 07:50

I'm put to lay-off from work for the next two weeks. Next week I'm attending the Finnish new years jam in Jyväskylä,
but the week after that I thought I might visit any other possible jam or event in another country.
According to footbag.org there's Phoenix jam and Van jam, but I wouldn't want to go all the way to NA.

So my point is: Is anybody arranging a jam during this period, OR does anybody want to have me over for a couple of days to shred
during Monday 19th - Sunday 25th
? :)

PM me or something

Please play this background music until done reading, to the next link, and then click on that.

I swear to god if you came to southern ontario I would shower you with gifts, virgins, baked goods and everlasting gratitude.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vaw-9WElAjc

Imagine what your trip could be, starting 6 hours south from here is David Clavens/scott bevier, 4 hours north having the rochester crew, 3 hours west Fredonia with Matt Cross, 3 hours north east Jorden Moir, Tom Mosher, Johnny Suderman, entire FAT crew, and then pitstop on the way to montreal having a side of John Bagi/Greg, and then 3 hours further from there Ianek, Matthieu, Seb, Nick, James, and the knowledge that 2004 Vasek left 23 gallons of sweat somewhere beneath your feet.

Oh the possibilities. Do you like Brownies? Peach Cobbler? A newspaper with your morning coffee?

SOLD to Ontario!

I first checked Finnair's site for flights to Canada. 3000 euros to Toronto, so I gave up.
Then Jay posted me link to eDreams.

And then I paid 495 euros for the flights with Northwest Airlines

There better be baked goods!!

Oh frothy goodness, oh dear Santa Claus, oh Martha Stewart and her baked delights. Oh how this sacred day couldn't have developed in a better fashion.

I'll try to arrange that when you walk into my apartment Anssi, fresh something will be just finished baking. Although, I assume I'll be pickup you up from the airport, and brownies and cookies typically don't take that long to bake.

Like, the Finnish CHAMPION. Not a "hey, I did well at FFO" but the "I bent FFO over" champion is coming to Southern Ontario. This calls for a parade.

UGH, JORDEN JOHNNY AND ANSSI in the same yelling distance. Have you ever, oh my. Wow. Deep Breaths.

Yeah somebody say a location for a group shred, I don't have a clue what would be the best. And date, Friday-Saturday?
I'll probably stay most of the time in Hamilton, but what ever is the easiest location for the majority.

I would say that Toronto would be easiest for most people since that is where most people are. Either way I will be busing/driving an hour +.

Toronto is looking like the final location. Stand by for details. Hopefully we can get everything sorted out in the next couple days.
