Ice skating at Millennium nearby is open everyday 10am-10pm.
Admission is free; $10 skate rental.
I'm thinking we could do this on sunday.

FOOD
Mariano's and Bockwinkel's are 2 supermarkets very close to the hotel.

There is a tunnel underground connected to a bunch of lunch spots and dunkin donuts, starbucks, convenience store. The stairs to this underground connection is to the left of the lobby.

Dinner: we'll eat good chicago stuff together

With all these players still in town, how about a 4:00 shred at Navy Pier?  Meet near the entrance to Winter WonderFest.  Who's in?

I fucking looooooooooove CIC! This NYJ had a small attendance compared to past NYJizzesams, but this year was soooooo off the hook. I enjoyed every freaking minute. From Tim's phone meowing and surprising me all the time, to Hanna being Super Girl (literally :D), to Steve and I being little cheerleading girls during Requests, to Bear and I being so dopey about stitching while drunk, I just wish I could stay for another day.

And really, goddamn late night golf was seriously the best thing to happen in this Year's Jam! So many great courses around the hotel, ferrrrrill. It was great to see Jeremy, Fletch and Emily again, being the cool cats that they are. And also, Eric and Marianne and PUPPIES!!! And to everyone that showed to NYJ this year, I loved seeing all your lovely faces again and sharing our lovely footbag stories in the moment of this past year. Thanks for the frickawesum memories!

Random Golf FTW. So fun.

Thanks for coming, Way. Thanks for coming everyone.

I just said goodbye to Anssi, Evan and Aleksi after a final (for me) session on the 43rd floor. that hotel is seriously pretty cool.

Hey Nathan, yep, the bag arrived. I pocketed it as my prize.

For those who don't know, because they couldn't make it, we had such fantastic support from sponsors that everyone who participated in comps got a prize. Good prizes, too, like well-made footbags, shirts, shorts, and dvds.

First place got cash money in every event.

Great job & huge thanks to Emily for working so hard to get sponsors. Thanks to Tom, Tim, and Emily for running the events & keeping things moving, thanks to Tommy for the shirt design. Thanks Reile for the sound system. Thanks to all the judges, and all the great sponsors. And thanks everyone for coming.

As for prize bags, we took pictures of who won which bag. So the stitchers will know who won their bag. I'll post them when I can.
