Any word on what events will be offered? Or how many rounds for each event? Rough schedule thoughts?

We will sort this out very soon, don't worry. Remember, about half of the organizing team of this event were at Worlds, i.e., out of the country for well over a week, and just recently back. NYFA meets tomorrow, and we'll work-out some more details...

OK For freestyle jon will post shortly all the events, net will fill as many events as we have players for(ie master, mixed, singles and dbls) I am going to start a new post about lodging, so please view this and remember some of you can, and will be put up by NYFA members for free. We are expexcting a large group of net players from Canada(you northern freestylers may want to catch a ride so find them and ask) some from erie pa, a few from out west, some from down south md virginia way. maybe a couple from europe

Hype! If we need more free lodging my house is an option, it's a little far but it only takes about 45 minutes. We also have a trailer being made to increase hype.

A few questions:

1. Can we pay our registration ahead of time?
2. Can we send our routine music ahead of time?
3. Will the freestyle events be at the same venue both days?

Nice! How many people can we fit in the trailer? My place is packed!

Just over 2 weeks away!

Any updates on these questions?

I don't have all the answers I know we'll be at same location both days. I'm not sure who's taking music but I don't think we're doing it in advance. Just bring it on a flash drive or a cd and it should be good.

Where is the best place to crash if I'm looking for ease of parking and medium chill atmosphere?

and of course the obligatory let's hear it for RYAN THOMAS

You're certainly welcome to crash at my place, and a couple of spots opened from various Beantowners who will not be mentioned

Hoagie: bail of unknown but somewhat dubious origin
Pete: blaspheming Castle de Dole for having the sheer audacity to puke elsewhere at a NYFA jam, for SHAME sir

no one has said they've has a problem parking here, but the atmosphere is more of a drink 'til you drop kinda thing, so someone inevitably sees the sunrise each morning with a beer in their hand...and sometimes there's someone else with me

Psyched that you're even considering to come! I'll come down to Richmond again next year if you do (and someone drives me) !!!
