Sweatyness! This is gonna be a sweaty good time. I think we should meet up in Union Square on friday evening and have a mini session with crazy homeless toy baby dancing lady then head to the baked show at Shea. Saturday can be a Central park day or a Washington Square day and Sunday could be a McCareen day or a Washington Square day. It could be cool to trek to Coney Island for a beach shred but it's a long trip to the bottom of Brooklyn. Let me know what you guys think or if there is any place else you guys wanna go.

Edit: I just looked up events going on in the city that weekend and found two cool free music fests.

Afropunk fest: It looks like a lot of cool bands are gonna be there and it's happening both sat and sun. The problem is that it might be too crowded to play and we might not wanna risk that.

Edited this post. My wife suggested I head to NYFA on my own and that the family will accompany me to ECFC. As such, I'm still interested in crash space so I can attend on the cheap but 'family friendly' no longer a requirement.

Any takers? I'm happy to throw down a little cash or bring something with me to share with everyone.

As long as we stay at or under 12 people, everyone that needs to can crash at my place...two couches, one futon and a fair amount of floor space.


I've got a cat, so if you've got allergies you might want to find other accommodations.

I doubt there's going to be shirts, unfortunately...we've bounced some ideas around for images, but I don't think anyone has the time to develop any of them. I haven't even gotten started on t-shirts/trophies for ECFC, and Dave is crazy busy with work until the jame, I think

I think we should try that afropunk fest aka SquantoPuckFeast (yuck!!!!) on sunday and if it's too crowded we can head to brooklyn bridge park which is like 5 blocks away and a beautiful little spot with some awesome views. Central park or Washington square Saturday? I like Central Bruce likes Washington... Someone break the tie. I like central cause it's big and we won't have to worry about being crowded. Bruce likes Wash cause it's easier to get to and maybe more reasons but that is the main one.
