We shred in our gym on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. I checked my e-mail and guess what? The gym is reserved for those 4 days! Argh! We'll have to wait until next Friday to play... But there's hope - it's possible that we will play on Saturday (there is a meeting of our association, and maybe we'll play there).
I hope...

Lechu (my friend who got injured and can't play) is feeling better. His knee don't hurt anymore, but he'll have to wait some more time to let it heal completely. He started practicing guitar, and he's quite good! (for the time he had been playing).

I will probably go to another tournament on 18 February. It's beeing held in Warsaw, and it's going to be great! I hope everything will turn out good and I'll go (I'm a little short on cash). I want to shred! :?

I couldn't resist and played a little in my basement. I'm amazed how could I play there for at least 6 months when I was starting! It's dark, there's very little free space and it's extremely dusty (breathing becomes a problem sometimes - that kind of dusty :P ). Anyway I kicked for about twenty minutes, tried some stuff, hit a run with Dimwalk > Blur (rpt) and Sidewalk > Ripwalk (rpt), and Dimwalk > Ripwalk > Blur > Pixie Paradon. I wanted to hit that last string for some time, and hitting it felt super cool :D
Then I thought "it would be nice to hit a far swirl", so I go: Clipper > Butterfly > Far Swirl, and see how my bag fly through the air, between my hads and lands perfectly in a bucket of water...
:?
I put something on the top of that bucket, but somehow my bag managed to find the one little spot that was left uncovered and sneak through it. Talk about luck.

I had a great shred today. We played with Ostrowski brothers - they are so good at footbag! Michał hit Foot Processor > Twirl, and Tomek busted Superfly > Superfly with ease. 8O

Here's some stuff I hit:
Osis > DLO > Smoke midstring
Dimwalk > Ripwalk > Blur > Pixie Paradon > run
Spin Clipper > Inspin Clipper midstring

I also managed to hit Nemesis today, but I was so stoked that I just let the bag fall on the ground. I have to make a video with that trick.

It's soooo cold today. When I got out of the gym, I waited for my bus for twenty minutes, and after a short ride I standed for another fifteen minutes. I thought I was frozen for a moment :P Tommorow I'm going to play some in my basement (hardcore! :P ) and hit BAP drill. Wish me luck :)

My basement sucks  Anyway I played a little, and tried some new stuff (strings were almost impossible :) ) I tried the BAP drill, but I couldn't step out of my flip Paradon... I'll have to work on it. I got two new tricks:

flip Fury :D
Pixie downtime Legbeater

While playing I got the idea for a downtime legbeater and hit after some tries. I also managed to hit it with a Pixie set. I wonder if this stuff is new (I don't think so). I think I'll start a topic about that in Shred Symposium. It's a nice move, I think I could hit it after Barraging - that would be something cool! Flip Fury was also very rewarding :D

Inspired by the blog of Japan crew, I gave some tries at the Frantic set, but it's very hard and I couldn't get it. It's a bit depressing that I'll have to wait till Friday to shred... :(

I looks like I won't play on Friday :( I cought a cold and to make things more interesting injured my knee. Thankfully it's not very serious, I just hit my friends knee while playing volleyball in school. It should get better soon, I hope I won't miss a lot of the winter break (2 weeks without school starting tommorow). The video with Mike Hansen and James Risden is great. I'll go and watch it again now :D

I went to the training session today, but didn't play. I juggled a little. Hania is getting so good! She was very close to Whirlygig and Whirlwind, that's awesome! She also hit a very smooth Fog, it looked really effortless. I think she will bust hardcore very soon.

I got new Lavers! I modded them with my blunt jackknife (my fingers hurt pretty badly, but everything for footbag :D ). I tried some stuff with them and hit Pixie ss Blender! :D That's a new trick hit in long pants  I can't wait for tommorow. My knee is feeling good so I will shred like crazy :D Got to love this game.

Awesome shred today! Here's the stuff I've hit:

Spinning Ducking Swirl! :D
Gyro Mirage > Paradon > Blender > run
Blender > DLO midstring
Dimwalk > Ripwalk > Janiwalk > Spin Clip > run

I'm really happy about hitting Spin Duck Swirl, and I can also see that my Blenders start to work. That trick is not as hard as I thought. My knee hurts a little bit so I think I won't play tommorow. I don't want to be injured on REMONT (next tournament, starts on 18th).

:D
I had one of the best sessions ever today! I hit a bunch of new stuff and busted long combos. It was really great. Here are the new tricks:

Zig-Zag (also Ripstein 2/3 :D )
Rev. Swirling Blender
Gyro Whirl
Spinning Osis > Spinning Osis
Osis > Mobius
Janiwalker > PS Whirl

I hit a great run with Janiwalker, Fury :!: , Blurry Whirl, PS Whirl and dropped Whirlwind. It felt fantastic. I also worked Blenders more, hit one out of Blurry Whirl. I got some nice Pdx Blenders too. It was great because I tried stuff and it just worked! I hit Gyro Whirl first try, and Janiwalker > PS Whirl on second. I hope I will be able to stay in that shape until the tournament. That would be nice :D

I still stayed away from doing hard stuff with my left leg, because I wanted to let my knee rest. Right now it feels fine so I think I'll be able to work on my flip Barraging tommorow. I'll go for Janiwalker > Janiwalker. It would be cool to hit it. Zooms are nice :D I'm so pumped!

I had another great session today. I don't know why but my game got really good recently. I hit one new trick:

Barroque!

I tried to hit it for some time and today I got it :D Of course I forgot to practice my routine but had a great time. A friend from another city (Polkowice) came to shred with us today, his nick on this forum is Goku I think. He's pretty good, and he have a great blazing set.

We played 4Square! It was really fun! :D We didn't have anything to draw the lines, so we just put footbags in the corners of each square and played. We tried some funny rules like doing a sound of an animal with each contact :) , or saying colours or doing only delays. We should do it more often - it's a great way of cooling down.

I'm going to Warsaw on Thursday. The trip will take 6 hours :? But I can make it! I can't wait to meet with Cod and all the other Warsaw shredders :D It's going to be great!

A player from Szczecin (a city in northern Poland) - Godi, played with us today. It was great! He hit some massive stuff like High Plains Drifter midstring, or PS Whirl > Spin Pdx Whirl. He also has a very nice looking Whirrs, both sides :D I hit some cool runs, but I don't remember much. One of my strings had Blurry Drifter in it, and that was the first time I hit that trick in a run :D I was really suprised, because a while after I tried Pdx Blender and hit it too :D My shuffle felt very solid today, I could hit many contacts of it, I went for the Ripwalk record and hit about 35 - that was exhausting :D

Tommorow I'm going to Warsaw :D Wish me luck

I came back from the Remont tournamet yesterday. It was a blast! I stayed at my friend's (Cod) home, big thanks for him. I got 1st place in Open and 2nd in Sick3 (Janiwalk > Blurry Whirl > PS Whirl). I was last in Shred30 :P I had great fun, and shredded with many players from different parts of Poland. I'm going to a traning session on 14:00 so I'll go and prepare my stuff (I have to get myself together after the tournament). I've hit one new trick on the tournament:

Rage (backside Fury)

That was neat :D I'll try Janiwalk Swirl today. And maybe I'll work on Shred30

More about Remont:
I arrived in Warsaw on Thursday (I didn't go with the rest of the crew, because they wanted to travel from 01:30 to 7:30 - I didn't want to be tired after such a trip). Cod came to the station to pick me up, and we went to his home. We ate something and went to sleep. The next day was the eliminations. The place where the tournament was held was a skatepark, and the floor was pretty slippery :? We shredded anyway. Lots of cool combos and tricks were hit. Then there was Open eliminations. I was 7 out of 8 players in group B, so I had to wait for my turn. Everything went really well, I got only 3 drops and finished on 1st place in my group. After that, we shredded a little more, and went to eat something. I met Cod's girlfriend - Asia. She is a very nice person and I talked with her a lot. Cod is a lucky guy  We got some food in McDonalds (yeah, I thought that maybe I'll get fatter :P ) and talked. Then we went home and watched a film before going to sleep. The second day was even better. We watched double freestyle (Ostrowski brothers are very good) and Woman Freestyle (Hania is even better  ). All the routines were very cool. Then there was Open finals. I was very nervous, but did very good again and placed 1st. I got 3 drops, just like in eliminations. Sick3 results were:
1. Damian Budzik (Food Processor > Pdx Blender > PS Whirl)
2. Me (Janiwalk > Blurry Whirl > PS Whirl)
3. hmm... Michał Ostrowski? (Phoenix > Motion > Pdx Blender)
Shred30 was really fun too. I didn't have anything prepared so I just freestyled and dropped heavily :D I think I got about 78 points. Damian Budzik won with a dropless shred which scored about 170.
After all the events we made a battle for fun. There were two teams and we had to hit tricks from categories like Double Dexes, Symposiums, Unusuals, Ducking, Swirls and Best Blind Trick :D It was lots of fun. After that we made a circle and tried some massive tricks. I've hit Rage, Spin Duck Swirl and some other stuff (Nemesis too, I think). Cod hit Pixie Witchdoctor, Rafał Kaleta hit Symp. Barroque and Symp. Janiwalk. Damian Budzik hit Alpine Food Processor... Then there was decoration and after it we went to eat. I was pretty tired, but others wanted to go to a party. We walked to it for about 30 minutes. The party was in someones house, but there was no furniture, and most of the people were leaving. We stayed there a bit, and then went home. When we arrived at Cod's house, he tried to open the door and failed 8O Something was wrong with the lock. We fighted with it for about 20 minutes, and when there was no hope, and we wanted to wake up his parents (it was about 3:00 in the morning) the lock decided to let us in. :) Before going to sleep we made a vid with my Nemesis and Cod's frontside Atom Smashed and Alpha Beta Tap. We spended about 20 minutes on trying to figure out if the dexes in Nemesis were clean enough :D We decided they were and put all the videos on his website. In the morning we ate something for breakfast and went to the train station. The trip back home was very funny and everything went fast.
It was my first tournament that I won. I'm very happy about that :D

I shredded a bit today. My legs are still sore but it was fun. I didn't even hit Ripwalk Swirl :P It's waay harded then I thought. But hittable :) I was close to Symp. Whirling Ripstein and Spinning Whirling Swirl. Swirls are cool :D I also thought about my Shred30 and I made up some combos. Now I just need to practice hard :D

That came out long 8O I hope you didn't die of boredom

Thanks a lot Tom! I read your blog very often and I'm kind of proud that you commented in mine  I'm glad that you liked my Nemesis, and it's true - footbag is great!

I had a short session today. I mainly worked my basics and found out that the reason why my Pdx Whirls were so uncotrolled was not doing them on my toes! When I land lightly the trick is way easier to play out of. I worked on my flip Barraging a bit and hit Janiwalker BSOS in a pretty long guiltless run with a couple of 4 add's. That was nice :D Then I saw my friend trying Frantic set, and I gave it a go. Before, when I was trying that set I couldn't clear it, but today I found that the way to perform it is separating the Pixie from Quantum a little bit, and doing Quantum more hippy then leggy. I hit two new tricks with that set:

Frantic Butterly (E-walk as I remember)
Frantic Mirage

I'm really proud of hitting Mirage out of that set, beacuse that means that I can set it high - you can do E-walk with a really low set, but not Frantic Mirage :D

I also tried some tricks with Swirls - I'm still trying to hit Symp. Whirling Ripstein, but it's pretty hard. I need to work more on my downtime Swirls. I could hit only two Symple Swirls consecutively. I'm also working on a new set. Well, it's not new, but I've never seen anything hit out of it. I tried flip Nemesis a bit, and it looks more hittable then I thought. I need to do some schoolwork and learn for my German class. It would be better if we could just shred all day

Thanks a lot Byrin! But I'm not really shure that I want Vasek looking on me all the time

My back hurts a little since yesterday. I hope it will be better tommorow. I hit some new stuff on today's session. My torques are finally starting to work - you just need to be relaxed while doing them, forget the dex and just concentrate on the delay. Here's a short list

Torque > Torque midstring
Mobius midstring - that was the first time I kept going after Mobius
Drifter > Torque (aaalmost BSOS  )
Torque > Barfly midstring
Pdx Whirl > Torque > Pdx Whirl
Spin Xbd Rake > Dragonfly > Pincher - on my first attempt! :D That felt good :D

I was really excited about hitting Torque > Barfly - that's such a sweet link. I also hit Spinning Flapper and Pixie Ducking Flapper. I had the mood to try that kind of stuff :D It's fun. Tommorow I'll work on... hmm... I guess that I won't work on anything. Just shred :)

Time to update! I haven't play much this weekend, but here's some stuff I've hit on my last session:

Pixie Swirl (no plant)
Tomahawk BS
Blender > Blender
Pdx Blender BS
Ducking Pdx Blender!
run with Blurry Whirl BS and PS Whirl BS

and...
Mechanosis (Pinch set Osis, almost like a Torque :D )

I'm really happy with my progress with Blenders, because it's a trick I would like to hit more often.

I saw a great movie today, it's called "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and... Spring". I recommend it to everyone.

I'll write more tommorow, after SHRED. :D

Great session today. It lasted 4 hours, so more then usually, but it was great! It was a bit crowdy, because almost everyone came to shred, but we made two circles and shredded away. I've hit Blender > Blender again, that felt good :D My strong PS Whirl is getting more and more controlled, I could hit almost anything I wanted from it (I footed PS Whirl > Blurry Whirl). Here's the new stuff!

Pdx Torque BSOS ! in a run with some other five if I remember good.
PS Whirl > Rev Swirl midstring
Fairy Swirl flipside

I hit PS Whirl > Whirlwind two times, but I would always miss the handcatch :D That link is so cool! You really feel like Vasek :D I guess I'll try and hit it tommorow.

I'm downloading the "Kick My Glass" vid. My friend told me, that Jorden hits Triple Stepping Butterfly 8O WTF? :D I have to see it. :)
