I'm trying very hard Cod, but it ain't that easy
Today's session was pretty hardcore - everyone was busting
I hit some new stuff:
Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl
PS Whirl > PS Whirl > PS Whirl
PS Whirl > DLO midstring
Terraging Butterfly
I'm really happy about breaking my records of consecutive Blurry and PS Whirls.
The latter felt especially good (look, I'm flying!
). I made a bet with Damian Budzik - who will hit Terraging Buttefly first. I cheated of course, because I didn't tell him that I practiced it before
I also tried some One Legged Style. The best I could do was Pixie no plant Clipper > Gyro Pickup > ss Osis - that's fun!
Jorden Moir really hits that Triaging Butterfly! It's unbelievable!
Truly massive.

We both know that you couldn't drink a whole can Hania
But don't worry, I'll share with you
I didn't hit any new tricks on today's session. I was trying Janiwalk > Janiwalk, and got close few times, but then my knee started to hurt a little, so I stopped. The only new link I can remember is Ducking Clip > Barrage > Paradon. It was nice to hit the Fiesta
The best thing today was hitting flip Mobius again. My flip Gyro is bad, and I don't feel it very good. So I schooled it a bit and it's slowly getting better. Pdx Torques are also getting easier, maybe I could start putting them in strings. The problem is that it's hard to get a nice, straight set in front of your body from that trick.
My friend Adam hit Ripstein out of nowhere. He doesn't even have very solid Swirls, it's amazing
He just tried and after few attempts he got a really nice one.
Todexon is getting closer
It's going to be hardcore!

Hey NuR, I also think it's totally great that we're going to meet and play together. So many players from so many different countries
Todexon is my first foreign tourney, and I'm shure it's going to ROCK
AWESOME session!
When I started to play I thought that I don't have much energy, but I cought up a second wind and hit (during the entire session):
Drifter > Spinning Clip (rpt)
Drifter > Spin Osis > PS Whirl
Backside Smear > Smoke > PS Whirl
and two new Sick3:
Blurry Whirl > PS Whirl > Mobius
Janiwalk > Blurry Whirl > Mullet
I'm so happy
That's my first Sick3 with a 6 in it. I know Mullet is pretty easy, but I think it looks cool
Also hitting the "Vasek Combo" gave me an awesome feeling.
I did some drilling too. I wrote up a bunch of drills from a list that have been somewhere here and took them with me. I have to practice Atomic more, so that I can hit Tap > Atomsmasher (rpt). I can hit those tricks but they're not very solid and linking them is hard. I can only hit Legbeater midstring (well, maybe Tap too
).
Tommorow we're going too make a film that is going to encourage people to come to our tournament! It's going to be great!

Congratulation on everything you have hit Ners! Greate tricks and links ;] and sick sicks ;]
Nice that you're going to TODEXON you will show how the level of polish players is getting higher and higher! I would really like to go there, but I can't.
Keep shreddin' as hard as you shred now!

Thanks Ptaku
We had a video session yesterday. It was pretty dark in the club, but we had fun anyway. I hope that the material will have good quality, but chances are not very big. I hit backside Fury for camera, and I guess that was the best thing I did
We also filmed a synchro of Ripwalk > Blur > Dimwalk > Pdx Whirl (done by 3 players). There were some experimental shots, so I'm curious how it all came out
Oh, Damian Budzik hit Alpine Footprocessor
I hope one day I'll be as good as he is now.
I downloaded Jordens epic session vid. It's so awesome! Barroquescrew, that fearless combo at the end and such long runs. It was hardcore
I also watched SJFF video by Evan Lovely. I think it was the best video I've ever seen. Great editing and massive shred. After watching it I tried Stepping Symple Legovers and Pogo Butterflies
Allan Haggett is so inspiring.
Todexon!

I was playing pretty bad on Sunday, so I thought that the Monday session will be similar. But even though only me and Gosia Szpulecka played, it was great
Gosia hit some nice strings with mostly 2's and 3's. She was very close to Dimwalk too
I also remember her hitting Butterfly > Rev Whirl > Butterfly midstring.
I hit two new tricks!
- Bedwetter
- Fog
Both are triple dexes and I'm especially proud about the first one
My Eggbeater was always pretty weak, and I always wanted to be able to hit it consistantly. I remember when I first saw Bedwetter hit by Adam Cieszkiel on tournament held in Leszno. It looked almost unreal, ultra fast dexes and nice execution. I wanted to hit it since
So yesterday, when I hit Eggbeater, I tried it Paradox and hit it too. Then I thought "why not try Bedwetter?". To my surprise the bag landed on my toe on 2nd attempt. It felt super cool
Then I worked on my DLO's and hit Fog for the first time.
Now I just need to learn Eggbeater and work on DLO on my flipside
It was the last session before Todexon. It's going to be a blast

Todexon was amazing. Here are the results of Open Freestyle finals:
1. Vasek
2. Dexter
3. Honza
4. Stefan Siegert I think
5. Ahren German
6. Skaut
7. Me
8. Pavel Cerveny
9. Ales Zelinka
I placed 7th in finals
I can't really believe it, but it's true
. I almost hit a dropless routine - I dropped my last trick - Whirlwind. I met many great players from different coutries in Europe. The place where the tournament was held was called Akropolis Palace and it was great. There was free food and water for everyone.
Yves Kreil has such a crazy style and massive tricks. I played with him and he hit stuff like Rubberman with Fogs, or Nuclear Drifter BS. Ales plays so precisely, every dex is undeniably clean. Honza can hit ground-breaking tricks, like in Sick3 Competition:
1. Honza (Alpine Foot Processor > PS Whirl > Spinning Pdx Blender)
2. Stefan Siegert (Frantic Legover > Pigbeater > Pixie Butterfly Swirl)
3. Vasek (Scorpion's Tail > Foot Processor > Spinning Pdx Blender and Stepping Whirling Swirl > Whirlwind > Spinning Pdx Blender)
Stefan Siegert is so good, his Quantums and other toe shuffle tricks rock. I also met Daryl Canady from Munich, he's such a cool guy
It was nice to talk to someone from the forum in person
Shreditas from Poland represented well too:
1. Hania Mickiewicz
2. Jana Sassakova
3. Gosia Szpulecka
Big props for them
During the shred in the gym on the second day I've met a guy from Bulgaria, his name is Damian and he have a really flowy style
Todexon rocked! I'm shure that on the next edition Poland will represent even better

One more time... Congratulations Ners! I knew that you'll do well! Drop on last trick
But it's good that you didn't resign... Just not trying to end your routine with big or stylie trick that you've planed, to go dropless would be not good IMO.

Thanks ptaku. I also think that it was a good decision to try that Whirlwind
Today's session started pretty bad. I felt very weak and had to stop and sit often because I didn't have strenght to shred. I tried to play anyway, but had to do a 10 min. break. After that I felt better, and hit some strings, but mainly tried new stuff.
After watching Jorden play, I'm very inspired to try and make my combos more varied. Here's some stuff I hit today:
Merkon > Tripwalk
Spinning Clipper > Whirling Swirl
Pixie ss Mirage > DSO
Atom Smasher > Atom Smasher
Pdx Whirl > Spin Pdx Whirl
I'm very happy about learning to spin after Pdx Whirl. I could hit it both sides today - cool
. Atom Smasher b2b also felt very nice - I've been trying to hit that for a long time! I tried some new tricks too, and hit:
Wonton Legover BS
Flailing Legover BS
Spikehammer BS
Wonton set is really fun to do
Fronside Plasma would be nice, maybe if I schooled that set I could hit it. Can't wait for tommorow session!

We played outside today! First shred in the lovely weather and with lots of fresh air. I hit some nice stuff:
Scorpion's Tail > Whirling Swirl midstring
Torque > DLO > Symp. Whirl midstring
Torque > Barrage
I watched a vid with Vasek yesterday, and that link (Scorpion's Tail > Whirling Swirl) cought my attention. I said to myself that I have to try it. And to my big surprise I hit it first try on today's session! That felt really cool. I already chose music for my next routine, and maybe I'll try to practice it tommorow (if my friend will bring a CD with that music). Next report tommorow

Whoops, forgot to make the report yesterday. But I guess it makes no difference. It was a nice session, I worked on my Atomic some more and hit Atom > Atom few times. I also schooled my Blenders a bit (10 on each side) and that led to amazing results:
Foot Processor BS
Spinning Pdx Blender BS
When the session was ending, we tried single tricks. I hit Ripped Warrior and Spikehammer BS again - it's nice to know my Stepping Ducking is in good shape. Later on I tried Whirlygig, and hit it BS too, so it were three 6's BS on one session

I was watching a shred video, and without a reason I pictured myself doing a Torque. And then suddenly, I realised why my strong Torque is so uncontrolled! When doing the motion on my flipside, the knee of catching leg goes behind the other knee (delay closer to my body, thus easier). On my strong side it remains "outside" making everything harder (one leg blocks the other one).
I did some Torques without the bag to see if it makes sense, and it looks like it does! I can't wait for tommorow to see if that trick will get easier.
Szymon Kałwak (Ners)
My Torques really worked a bit better, but I still have to learn them with that new method
It's nice to know I found that weakness by myself, it means that I'm not playing mindlessly. I broke my fearless record today (3)! I'm so happy about it, when I hit those combos I started dancing with happiness
Here are the links I've hit:
Phoenix > Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > Pdx Blender
Phoenix > Blurry Whirl > PS Whirl > Pdx Blender
Phoenix > Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > PS Whirl > PS Whirl
Working on tricks both sides really does pay off. These are pretty standard, but still nice
Next time when I'll have the mood to work on fearless I'll try something more difficult. I tried Alpine Legbeater and was close, I'll try to hit it tommorow. I also remember one run ended with Spinning Pdx Blender. I want to learn to spin after PS Whirl. It workes sometimes, but only if I'm lucky. I was close to Whirlwind > Spin Pdx Blender, but it was just luck. I'll work on it more so it feels solid.

Time for a little update with stuff from last session:
Spinning Pdx Whirl > Blurry Whirl midstring
Fear > Atom Smasher > run
Blurry Torque BS
Mullet BS
Spinning Pdx DLO
All the work I've put into working on basics is paying off. About 3 months (maybe more, I can't really remember) I copied the Fundamentals 2004 list and I've been trying to hit all the tricks from it both sides as often as it's possible. Blurry Torque was unreachable back then - on last session I hit it within about 15 tries. I was very happy and I still am.
