I think of this trick as an infinity gyro toe stall.

which is basicly what Tsiangkun said...

How I do this trick is exactly how I described it above: I start with an infinity dex and as soon as the dex is cleared, preferably high, I crank my hips in the same direction they're already going, look over my shoulder and bail to toe.

It really is a gyro toe stall more than it is a xbd rake variation.

another tip... whereas the dex for an infinity is usually done under the knee or mid calf, I recommend jumping over the footbag with it just about between your legs. this will keep it closer to the catch foot, so you can do the dex with a smaller hop.

I'd really stress the spinning component of this move though. I sometimes jump straight over the bag without spinning and it ends up looking like some very weird ss legover (sort of).

But Matt is right, for this move the bag isn't really directly under your knee like for an infinity

i agree with both. i think it looks cleaner if you do it with a high butterfly and really crank a spin in, almost with a torque feel. BUT if you do it with the bag going more between the legs, you don't have to spin as much. unfortunately it doesn't look as cool either.

Can somebody elaborate the difference of wauxpin and jughandle ?

Another thing, does a "true" wauxpin require a clipper set op side
butterfly dex,or can you also set it same side or from toe,
(like normal butters) ?

If so, i guess i had pixie wauxpin off my foot...

jugghandle is WAY different. It's a miraging ingyro toe stall done downtime.

set >> op in > (front) spin > same toe
Much much harder than wauxpin.

if this is any help:

infinity xbd rake is to wauxpin what
drifting xbd rake is to jugghandle.

as for your set question, I'm not sure but I guess you can set wauxpin from wherever you want.

yes wauxpin can be set from anything. the reason i named it that was so for things like ripwalk, you could call it ripwauxpin - stepping op wauxpin. stepping same side would be sidewauxpin. as i recall chad devlahovich was hitting gyro wauxpin and ryan thomas came up with a few variations as well.

But i have decided that i dont want to learn them. It seems like EVERYONE is doing them and i want to have at least SOME originality to my game.

My view on this is like this half because i cant hit it, and half because the above statement is who i am.

boy, i had better quit while im ahead, and FORGET clippers, i mean EVERYONE does them!

if i had the attitude that i wasnt going to try something because i "couldnt" do it or because it was something that everyone was doing, i wouldnt have bothered with ripwalks, or god forbid pixie sets!

im just busting chops of course, but it seems like a negative attitude to have towards a trick thats just becoming popular. i mean, look at what jorden did with flying. at glass, no one was doing them, by grass, i saw at least 5 different people trying them. maybe this isnt going anywhere but i think that my point will get across.

I dont like fads. Clippers are not a fad. THey are essential to a balance game. I like seeing wauxpins, but i cant do them, and now i dont want to do them.

Just tried this move for the first time the other day and sealed it first try. Rake moves are alot of fun. I got really close to hitting it ducking. Stepping Ducking wauxpin would be sick

Rake moves are alot of fun.

It's NOT a rake move.

If you're doing it with a rake you're probably not spinning enough.

When you hit it right it feels nothing at all like a rake.

Can someone please post a video of a legitimate Butterfly Swish? I'm having some trouble defining the first Dex...

Or can you explain how it should be done properly.
