Peng, I had no idea that anybody's ankles could do that... if somebody told me that there was somebody that could do that, before I saw those pics and before I found out that you weren't joking; I would say that they are crazy. As it is, it's just your ankles that are crazy. Props on some wicked-awsome genetics (or injuries) or whatever it is that lets you do that.

Women in general tend to be way the hell more flexible than men. I don't know if that extends to ankle crank or not, but most girls I've seen playing footbag have pretty good crank. :wink:

If you don't have the muscles to pull your foot, having that type of flexibility is not going to help at all.

id imagine thats how its done. its not really crank, just flexability when force is pushed against it. so.... theres not really a way that thats useful, except stretching, which may lead to more crank.... but im no doctor, so dont listen to me.
