Sole Osis
I've been messing around with this lately, and have hit it a few times, but i still don't understand it that well. I was wondering if anyone here has it dialed enough to give some advice on it. Specifically setting into and out of it. I would also like to know where i should attempt to catch it when starting the trick. Should i catch it in front of me? Or slightly behind and to the side? Hope someone here can help me out.

I've hit this back to back only a handful of times. I do them like this:
Catch on a sole (slightly more behind you than to the side), then crank and stiffen your ankle when you do the osis movement to xdb (really bend your support leg to make sure your sole is parallel to the ground), set and catch with a firm opp sole and repeat.
Only been able to hit a link of 3... so far. Hope that this helps a little.

Edit: This is my first time hitting it b2b with shoes. My previous post was hit barefoot.
