I get pains on my arches as well, well into a half hour of a solo session or so sometimes. What I think is not a problem with the shoe (especially with a flexible sole like the Quantum) or an insole brand like Spencos, but how you land on your feet.
Say if you land really hard on a symple or symposium trick, where most of your weight is shifted mostly onto one foot, I think it matters where and how you land on your feet. If you slam your feet really hard, not on the ball of your feet but generally around the area where the ball and arch meet, that's where the pain in the arches derive from.
I'm being slightly skeptical about this, but this is what I think the pain in my arches come from. I wear orthotic Spencos, and the only time I feel pain in my arches is when I land really hard on my feet that does not directly meet with the core resistors that are there (which is typically around the ball of the feet). If I play lightly on my feet with as little suspension and compression in my footing, while playing on the ball and toes of my feet, this ensures that I won't feel pain around that area and I won't over-exert the core resistors in my feet that help balance my weight properly.
Also, if you lace your shoes extremely, EXTREMELY tightly before a footbag session, that can also lead to easy feet injury (due to the constriction of the laces). Maybe that can be a factor in arch injury as well.
