Locations: Place-des-Art, TAMTAM
What: casual shred, 2-square tournament, casual 4-square, trying to have a Showdown and a Showoff.
Showdown: showing our "performance" skills.
Showoff: showing our "shred" skills.
Schedule:
friday:
- casual shred and squares, at Place-des-Arts, 5pm to 9pm.
saturday:
- 2-square tournament, at Place-des-Arts, 12pm to 5pm.
- sightseeing(?), 7pm to 9pm.
- party at Les Foufs, 10pm to ...
sunday:
- casual shred and squares (maybe showdown and showoff), at Jeanne-Mance Park (TAMTAM), 12pm to 5pm.
- Dinner at La Banquise (poutine).

2 Square Rules
Rally scoring. 2 games to 15.
Court:
- 7 X 7 feet.
-Side and back lines are IN the square.
-Middle line is OUT of both squares.
List of fouls:
-You contact the serve over your square. (contact behind back line)
-Serve while stepping on back line.
-Low serve. (above waist of opponent)
-Bag drops in your square.
-You drop on middle line or out-of-bound.
-4 hit in a row.
-Spike attack. (bag needs to go up)
-Low attack. (above knees of opponent)
-Stall attack.
-Bag freeze.
-Environment contact. (ceiling, wall, referee, etc.)
-Arm contact.
-Contact opponent over his square.
-Step on the opponent’s square.
It’s ok for players to:
-Use body hits and stalls.
-Go over opponent’s square. (with arms, legs, etc.)
-Go out-of-bound.
-Attack from out-of-bound.
-Attack through any lines. (middle, side, back)
-Fake a contact.
-Hide the bag from opponent’s view.
Refereeing:
-After a drop, if the referee can’t give a call, the exchange is replayed – Hackoff.
-Only 5 automatic fouls can stop a rally:
-arm contact.
-environment contact.
-step on opponent’s square.
-4th contact.
-all serve fouls, except low serve.
-When other fouls occur, players keep playing until the bag drops.
Then the 2 contact rule is used: After receiving the bag from a foul, a player will void the foul by contacting the bag twice.

I am a maybe, I am going to funtastiks and I don't really have much money right now. If I can afford it then I will try to work it out so that I can make it but its a long drive and its kinda hard for me to take off of work considering i don't have much money . we will see. Count me as 40-60 in favor of not going. Only time will tell. The later into sep the better.
