Footblog Update January 2016.Sweet here we go!
I've been in the shred somewhere over 15 years now.
Best shred shoes to date.Size 11 mesh Rod Lavers.
Still hav'nt beat my 4 fearless yet,pdx torque is all it was.Blog update, now i think i've hit 5 fearless but still not sure.

Oh man its been almost a week i,ve had the flu now.Swine Flu i think.It's Hell.It is not worth it to eat junky food Ever! The body is not a trash can.Do not treat it like one or you will suffer.Eat pure healthy stuff that grows from our earth.Your game will be Way better if you care for the body.Its that easy.Grow gardens.

I'm going to start working on ps whirls.Never hit 2 in a row before.Any tips to help me save my knees and ankles would be nice.

Today is the first time ever to cut out the underlayer of the toe surface from my lavers.Am i stupid? should i have done this 7 years ago ?It is nice and soft like my insides now.

No shred work in a week,still a little sick.I never hit those 20 ripwalks Lon told me to do bout 2 years ago.I will soon. Got about 17 i think.

Whirls,Torques,Double Downs,Reverse Whirls,Drifters,Steps,Toe spins all
growing stronger.

Whoah definitely looking forward to this blog man! I almost never check the footblog section any more but I saw your name with the newest post and had to see what was going on.

My birthday is actually 10/25... and we will be having Texas States that weekend, would be awesome if you could make it down.

I like your comment that the body is not a trash can. That is a great reframe and something to think about the next time I want to put something bad into it. I've been eating healthier and exercising more lately, although with weight I'm going the opposite direction, trying to gain it.

Hope you are feeling better soon and look forward to more highlights, and maybe even a video some time

Ben,did you check out those vids in my Footbag.org gallery?I want to make sure they work for others too!I also would like to make some longer videos.

Still haven't perfected my flip barfly from so many years of work.I'm not giving up because i have pulled out a few nice ones and the feeling is absolutely priceless.Never give up.

well they started working if you click on the right click option below.But they are in small size,it kinda sucks but better than nothin.

Anyone know how to fix em up to a bigger size.They were working the other day.

Bout a 3 hour solo jam yesterday.Really they're all solo.No one to jam with these days.

Yeah Erik one of those would be awesome.I'm gonna have to watch my vid again to see how long it is.I think its like 35 minutes.It's pretty damn good quality too.My brother Nelson borrowed this really nice camera.I will get one out to you.I'm kinda slow sometimes though.
