Congrats on the transformation. 52 pounds in a lot of weight to shed. Can you share some of your workouts?

It's actually my diet that was most important. I have always been somewhat muscular.... just covered in fat. LOL
What helped the most was limiting my calories to 1200-1450 (NET) per day. Secondly, I ran a 5k or footbagged for 25-30 minutes, then lifted heavy weights. I did this 5 days a week and then a 2 hour shred session on Saturdays.
My diet was very strict and only included non-process foods, no red meat, or sugar. My only fats were olive and flax seed oil. I have a following on
