This has got to be one of my favorite pages on this thread.

Stills from a video. My outstretched hand is about 6 feet 11inches high. I guess this is more messing around and seeing how high I can kick (still hard to say exactly how high but it's definitely over 7 feet!) then practicing an effective spike. At this height I'm tilted so far sideways that I fear my skinny arms would never be able to absorb the landing and I would fall on my face. In a game of footbag net, 6.5 - 7 feet is a more practical height. This was a lot of fun to try, though!
