Thank you for sharing your video. For your next video, I recommend you bring a towel or something, roll it up, place it under the camera and point the camera higher so that you can stand closer to it. In this video you only occupied about 1/4 worth of the screen. This makes it difficult to showcase your shred.

Regarding your shred, you have some good moves and a lot of concepts in your game, but your bag control could use some improvement. Your sets were not consistent - some were waste high and other were knee high and they did not always go up the way I think you wanted them to. I recommend you create for yourself some long tiltless strings and work on bag control. For example, do clip > far legover > op legover > op clip > repeat and really concentrate on getting all the sets the same height and in the direction you need. If you don't develop good sets you will end up chasing the bag around while you shred, making you more likely to drop or get tired too early.
