hi footbagers
i'd like to invite people to learn some basics about "job's notation".
those who don't know what job's notation is - read on, i need you!
tricks like mirage can be written in job's notation, a mirage is:
SET > OP IN [DEX] > OP TOE [DEL]
you'll find this notation on trick-specific sites like footbag.org, and also on modified.ca, people talk a lot about tricks, and often they write them in job's notation.
the reason why i want to teach you how to read and write job's notation is that i have to do a project for my studies (informatics, "enseignement assisté par ordinateur"). so i'll use a system called "moodle", it's a kind of virtual class with teacher(s) [me] and students [you].
i promise you that it won't take you more than 1 hour to do the work, but it would be important for me that you can do it within one week (i'll inform you via e-mail, as soon as the project is ready). there will be some exercices to practise and a final "exam" as well as some commentairs on "my work" and if you succeeded to learn "job's notation" or not.
so, the only thing is: write me an e-mail to sam81@footbag.org or a private message on modified and tell me if you're interested. there is absolutely no obligation, i just hope to find about 10 "students" so i can do this footbag-related project for my university (always a good thing...)
see you, sam
