Re: Footbag in ...
- When was the peak time for footbag in your country? Either around 2001-2 when guys like Lynton were at their peak, or in the late 2000s. Dan reached finals at Worlds in 2007. We had a bunch at Worlds in Berlin. We also had a few international visitors, many of whom arrived being top level players...

Great memories. Loved the Footjams!
Re: Fanzine: Worlds 2017
I read all of that and just want to send you a big internet hug. It sucks so hard to prepare for something that is SO important to you only to fail when the spotlight is on you (I'm a very competitive golfer and have been there..) While i'm sure this may sound pretty hollow: I can only hope that you...

Great vid, loved the alternating clippers (tougher than it looks)
Re: Muffinman
Wow. Amazing to see you posting, Matthias. I watched your videos growing up. I didn't know we'd been playing the same amount of time! In my opinion, Jakob should be BAP. He's that level. Or he was during Aleksi's Berlin Session video series. And super cool to hear Yves is still playing. Another thi...

Couldn't open link to open 12 and open 15 link links to the wrong video.
Re: Fanzine
Sucks about the leave. If my experience is anything to go by though, you probably don't want to be taking too much leave as soon as the baby is born. It's great (to some extent) to spend 1 or 2 weeks with your newborn, but I found that past that I was adding only marginal value to the household by b...

Re: Fanzine
Props on getting past the first year (I'm about 21 months in so nearly the same boat). I remember loosing sleep after we bought thinking this was a massive mistake. But it gets easier over time as 1) you see that your asset appreciates and 2) you can manage mortgage repayments. On that note, being r...

Re: Jay's Blog.
Props Jay. That post rocked. I've expatriated myself to the other side of the world and when people tell me how lucky I am to be living in Sydney I smile and nod. But it has nothing to do with luck, it has everything to do with setting a goal, being determined and a putting in a lot of hard work. So...

Re: Footbaggers Who Used to Skateboard
It's a primo (I think). Not many people do these anymore, they were pretty big when skaters used to do flatland stuff a la old-school Rodney Mullen but that kinda died out in the 80's. hey I saw your shoveit video on youtube: you should definitely try it and other tricks while rolling (even slowly)....

Re: Old Shred Tape Archive Project Blog
Hi Allan, great read and great project! Do you send the tapes back to their owners once captured, or are you also creating a physical archive somewhere? What are the main reasons why you wouldn't upload all of this to youtube? video quality? DRM / DMCA related? I ask as forthe uninitiated like me, Y...

It's funny I always thought that Vasek could have created / invented so much more. What did he actually invent? Smiling set, symp whirr, triple swirl come to mind, I'm sure there are many more. But that's not really what defined his game, he was more about taking everyone's hardest tricks and then l...
