Footbag Fillers??

What are your preferred footbag fillers?? i am just starting freestyle footbag and am interested in stitching my own footbags in the near future. if ya'll could tell me what the fillers are that you like and where you get them.

alright. thanks Matt. i have actually watched some of his videos and they are extremely helpful. another person whose style i think is amazing is David Clavens. i think this because when he shreds, and with Anssi (i think that the dude's name from "Anz Triks"), they make everything look so effortles...

I also have hip problems. i started footbagging not too long ago and recently was attempting a trick and came down really weird on my left leg and now my left hip kills after i play for about an hour.
