Yes, this routine was epic to see happen live. Everyone freaked out, it was great. No one thought Lon would go dropless. After it was over, I overheard Kenny Shults tell Lon it was "one of the best routines he'd ever seen".

doing quad (upper front leg) stretches and rolling the quad muscle on a foam roller helped my knee recover. But I also did physio which probably helped the most.
