If your back cog is 1/8 and your chain and chain ring are 3/32 then get a new cog. Although you could just run the 1/8 chain on a 3/32 setup. I will be a bit louder but not really a big issue. edit: it says in the link you posted that the langster comes stock with Rear Cogs - 1-speed, 16 teeth Chain...

Could be wrong, has happened before, but I believe both low gi and high gi cause insulin release just at different rates. How is this a good thing in the absence of physical activity? Ya you can see the steerer tube between the stem. Below the stem are about 3 cm of carbon fiber spacers.
