Last couple of sessions have just been form work, but they're delivering results.

Ducking clip>ripwalk>ripwalk>rpt

Symp whirl>pdx whirl>rpt

Food Processor bs, wasn't as hard as it used to be

Some blurriest's bs, strong side is really thin, gotta fix that.

Some nice fairy/pixie toe shuffle.

Basically I just need to get my form fixes down (I've FINALLY unlocked the secret to stepping) Then I can start going for endurance drills, that's my goal.

Looking forward to the future of footbag.

Thanks for the comment Matt, glad you noticed the stepping thing, it definitely feels a lot easier then it used to.

Session tonight was very uneventful. Felt pretty tired for some weird reason, maybe it was the pringles I had before.....but whatever. There was one highlight.

ducking clip>spinning clip>rpt x4 into about 5-6 gyro clippers. Most spinny ducky run I've ever managed, so that was nice.

Starting to get some bad shin splints. It's been a long time since that's happened.

I agree that you have improved form from the last time I saw you play. I think that your posture is better and more controlled, and that you look more relaxed, especially when doing toe shuffle.

I also appreciate all of the sticky blenders that you threw down in that last video (maybe some dynos too...)

I would say that your paradox whirls may be a little bit too high, like your ankle is going up too far during the dex. I would suggest that you bring your knee up higher (almost 90 degrees from your waist) and that your ankle stay below your knee. This might help with getting the dex quicker and making it look and feel lighter. I feel this might also help you controll the stall more because you can cusion yourself better when dexs are done lighter and executed earlier.

I love footbag. Had a session with Cale last night at an athletic club he's a member at, and we played relatively well.

Whirl War 2

some genuine strings with things like whirr, blurry whirl, ps whirl, and spinning whirl mistring

Tombstone bsos in a run with blurry drifter on one side.

I'm excited for Cale and I in our pursuit of footbag happiness. I'm thinking about upcoming tournaments we may be able to attend as well. It's been a while since I've mingled in the footbag melting pot
