I didn't know you had gills. That's really cool. I'm also surprised I never thought about how eggbeater is the same in footbag and swimming.

Stoked to see you in a few days. Thanks again for making me look good in the vid too.

It was really great hanging out with you this weekend Rory. Thank you for helping me warm up for routines both days. I really liked your routine; it's a shame you got shafted by the judging.

And thank you for introducing me to elbowbag:

So fun, in fact, that I have decided to retire from footbag to work on the development and promotion of elbowbag
(I actually did find myself playing elbowbag in the airport the other day...)

But seriously, you rock, Rory. It was really cool hanging out with you this past weekend. I hope we see each other again soon! :)

Thanks for posting all the videos Ken! I'm happy with how my routine went. 2 drops is my new personal best for a footbag competition routine.

Blur song 2 drops!

I'm glad you guys had fun with elbowbag too. It's kind of addicting. I played for about 90 minutes at the airport with the red bag Dave stitched for me. Boy did I get some funny stares! and some funny smiles as well...

Today I found a butterfly lying on the concrete with half of it's wing torn off. I told him, billy, you're going to be ok billy. Everything's going to be ok. He quivered in response, shaking intermittently, it's so cold rory. I'm so cold, my name is actually anton. I carefully transported him from the ground onto a warm solar panel in the garden. Just hang in there billy, a doctor is on the way. Everytime his broken wing fluttered and then fell still I held my breath. As the life ebbed from his large multi-faceted eyes, his feeding tube slowly unfurled. At that moment a large gust of wind caught billy and lifted him up high into the sky. You're flying billy! You're flying! Up up and away into the sunset on the horizon. I tried to cry, but the tears wouldn't come. That was the last time I ever saw him.

I hit a bunch of butterflies in my session last night. Maybe that was one of them.

Today I noticed that I had 360 new messages in both my university and yahoo email accounts. My university and yahoo accounts were created on Sept 1st 2004 and Dec 1st 1998 respectively. Also, there are 360 degrees in a circle.

Haha, is it "turning" 360 degrees into your fav?

I was in a stage show almost exactly like that when I was younger. Only it was a toad not a frog, and he became emperor not king. It was titled, Emperor Toad and it was a musical. I played Mouse I.

So was the toad like friends with Moxie Mouse the First, or did Moxie and the other mice laugh at the toad's dream?

Since you asked...
He was short and everyone (including the mice) poked fun at him because of it. He always wished he was taller. One day a fairy came around, put the mice in a trance for a while so we would run some errands for her while dancing and singing, and she granted Toad a wish. Instead of wishing to be taller, he got greedy and wished to be emperor. The rest of us forest creatures had to obey him and because we were now just trying to keep him happy, he felt alienated. Meanwhile, Spider was building his greatest masterpiece (a beautiful and perfect spider web) so that he may die in peace having accomplished something great. Back to Toad: Toad got so upset at feeling removed from his friends that he got really frustrated, then angry. He lost it and EXPLODED! Everyone was upset, and Spider decided to try to put Toad back together using the strings from his web. It worked! Toad came back to life and jumped up looking like a mummy. He declared that he was no longer Emperor since Emperor Toad had died. Spider died in peace, knowing that he had completed his greatest achievement. From then on no one made fun of Toad for being too small, and we all lived happily ever after. Except for Spider who was dead.

I still remember one of the songs:
"Today is the day, there's no doubt about it
Today is the day, I want to scream and shout it
Today is the day, let your voices ring
Today is the first day of spring..."
"I contend we are both atheists, I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."

I did elbow bag this past weekend at the NYFA tournament. I hit:

-elbow > ducking elbow
-forearm > ducking forearm
-elbow > inside elbow > opp. atw forearm pit squeeze
-forearm > elbow > outside elbow

We should have an elbow bag session at Hackrifice.
