Aerobic exercise without using legs?
Hey guys,
does anyone know of any aerobic exercise that can be done without using your legs. The only thing I could think of was, like, drumming, but I'm not a drummer. I tried to look something up on Google, but I'm not having much luck.
My legs are fucked from footbag, and I need some way to stay in shape.

I know its not super aerobic but what about weight lifting?
or juggling?

"I would try table tennis too, since I love it, but I would need to clear and unclear our diningroom table every day, and that is a big job."
???
Is your dining room table a table tennis table...? Or do you just play on regular table?
Anyway, juggling is really fun. My friend (who actually first got me into hacky sack, and then footbag, but has since quit) is extremely good at juggling and he uses Mr. Sandbags, says they're his favorite thing to juggle. That fits me fine cuz we'll get a circle going where he does juggling and I do footbag. It's really fun.

I would say juggling is the way to go, because you can basically do cascade forever or keep learning new tricks.
If footbags are too light, you can make your own juggling balls. Just make a cut in three tennis balls, fill them with gravel or something, and then cover them in duct tape. Doing 5 minutes of juggling with 1/4 kg balls would be quite a workout.

I'm sorry, but there's no way juggling is a good aerobic workout. THat would be good if you had heart problems and couldnt do anything that would strain you, but you look like you're 19-20 at most. Juggle with light bowling balls and you're onto something, otherwise you're wasting your time.

Aerobic exercises that involve no to little impact on your legs could be:
Rowing
Swimming
Biking
Arm Bike - (I've only seen this machine once and didn't dare strap myself in. But it's just what you picture. Grab the handles and go to town with only your arms. Not sure what that really does for you though.)

A proper cardio workout thats very effective is boxing, either shadow boxing, boxing bagging, speed ball. Something thats very repetitive that uses upper body. Another exercise if u can find one is nun-chucks (good workout mentally and physically as concentration is needed).
Rowing uses legs by the way.

you can make your own juggling balls, its pretty easy to do ... you need:
for 3 balls:
-sand
- 3 sandwich bag
- 9 birthday ballons
put enough sand in the sandwich bag so it comes slightly smaller than a tennis balls, then cut the straight part of the birthday ballon then put 3 of them on the sandwich bag ...
thats the way i made my 4th and 5 th balls and my ex's balls too. but i still cant juggle with 5 balls neither with 4 balls lol
IMO juggling ball should be "heavy", not bouncing and not slippy
