My Ears HurT ~~~!!

Hi there, I live in Vancouver and it had quite a lot Blizzards, rain, but i still tried to play outdoor somewhere and during my gameplay my ears felt so cold and start getting something like pain which made me a bit Dizzy, the area is around my ear to my neck, so anyone know why? It so disturbing, cuz i cant do a long run. Is it too cold for my ear? Or some other reasons >_<?
