Robo tech was the first song I started listening to by them and liked. Then Disco tech, then Delorean then Slow Motion, and now I'm listening to their mixtape that my friend has. It was weird listening to them for the first time, because I don't really like rap.

At first I was like 'whatever, this is lame', but they are for sure growing on me.

A little (extremely) gimmicky, but they are for sure representative of the times.

I could get into this to some degree maybe.

It's really weird listening to them because I swear I jam the same lines as them all the time. Like the beginning of "She's a Freak", sounds just like c minor pentonic and I play it the same way, 1-1-2-1-1-3-1-1-4-1-1-3 and such. And I've also played the Axel F. riff exactly how they do it in "The Delorean", but I'm sure everyone has because it rocks.

I agree with Mosh, "gimmicky" definitely describes them. I play stuff like them as a joke. It's fun stuff though.
