Hows it going out there, Today I found a great way to help my self with the clipper. I would go in the clipper stance and drop the ball about 4 inch above my foot so I can get the feel of cusioning it. Then I would rise it higher and higher then try catching it with my foot repeatly without my hands. Tell me if that is a great way to practice. ( I'm a horriable speller so if I spelt something I'm sorry)

good idea, would help alot of beginners who cant be bothered to bend down, instead drop it from full hight then get frustrated because they cant catch it.
maybe and a few cranks, bends bla bla bla to get the burn on your leg, just another way to get your balance.
thats what helped me.
