EUROPEAN FOOTBAG CHAMPIONSHIP MADRID 2011

Post by ser_spain » 08 Mar 2011 03:20

Hi footbaguers!!!

Madrid local crew is very proud to announce that we will hosts European Footbag Championships, in its 13th year.

Is going to be the biggests footbag event that takes place in Spain, and we are very happy about it. Its a good moment for the footbag history of Spain. We are going to try to make it LEGEN-(wait for it)-DARY.

The dates of the event are: 8, 9, and 10 of July. The venue is in the south of Madrid, very well located of the center of the city, (20 minutes by metro) the adress of the venue is Moreja street, with no number.

At the end of this week we are going to suggest some hostal options one of them very close to the venue, and the others in the center of the city, so you can choose.

So be quick to book your flight, and prepare you to have the best weekend of your life!!

Madrid is a nice city to visit, with a lot of things to see. That’s why we decide to do a little tour for players one day before the event (thursday 7 of July), this day we are going to visit some monuments and also take some traditional (cañas and tapas) beers and food.

Getting stoked for this. Who else is coming? Any updates on events or schedules? I get into Madrid on Friday morning, and leave Sunday night.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for someone willing to go on a small trip to Barcelona after the Euros and visit the city with me ;)
In fact, I haven't finally decided to go to Euros or not... but if I were going, I would definitely go to Barcelona and the seaside for a couple of days. I'd take a Madrid-Barcelona bus on Sunday or Monday and stay there for 2 to 4 days (depends on the flight back I chose).

As I'll be probably traveling alone (Jakub can't come with me), it would be great to have some companions!

Please, contact me if interested.

i won't be up for further travels, but if you go to barcelona, make sure to hook up with fine schwengbeck, as she most likely will play some footbag with you.

How is routine music being handled? Should we email our mp3 somewhere? Bring an ipod?
