What is harder than footbag?
What have you tried that is just way harder than footbag?
I remember trying surfing a few times and thinking it was much harder than footbag and other things I've tried. All that work paddling sure cuts down how frequently you can try again. For footbag, all you gotta do is pick the bag up off the ground and you're ready for your next shot.

Dude, there is no reason to push mongo unless riding switch or some shit. Just learn how to push correctly. It will probably take you a whopping 5-30 minutes but save you a huge amount of time when learning tricks. When I see people push mongo, I tell them why they shouldnt and make fun of them. They wont change either. It makes no sense.

I took up some rc helicopter stuff since the freestyle scene was getting stale. I always heard how hard it is to fly a heli.
I am no pro yet but Im surprised how easy the basics are compared to footbag. I learned to hover off the simulator and now I can do some simple flips and fly around in real life.
My heli tail belt broke 30 feet up and spun like crazy today and I still landed it upright. Next moves to learn is flying upside down.
I think footbag is harder, it took me forever to just kick it 20 times.

I've been a gymnast since I was 4 (about 16 years) and even though I've been doing it much less the last 2 years, I have to say it is roughly 10000X harder than footbag. 6 events, so many goddamn tricks and combinations, and you get judged on EVERYTHING
I've been kickin freesyle for maybe about 9 months to a year and it is SO much easier to pick up.
That being said, I'll kick 10 times out of 10 as opposed to gymnastics. In order for gymnastics to be fun, you have to be decent at it and be in a certain shape ALL the time, whereas footbag is fun no matter what level you are, why else would we do it every day? haha

I was always a natural at board sports, so the skating thing wasn't that hard for me. I actually stopped skating because I found footbag much more challenging.
Golf has always been really hard for me. I'm a decent player (usually shooting low 90's). I to be good at it seems impossible to me

Interesting view. I skated for about 8 or so years and have found that learning the basics (ollies, flips, grinds) is really very hard. More so than learning say whirl, duks and spins.Zjeezy wrote:I was always a natural at board sports, so the skating thing wasn't that hard for me. I'm a 7 handicapper in golf and truth be told you only really have one movement to learn and master (the swing) so in that sense it is much easier than footbag. Admittedly you need to practice that one movement for years to have it down like a robot as the pros do though I guess there's not much room for bailing in golf!
