My longest run today: a video blog for everybody

This blog is simple. It's a video-only blog, where you post video of your longest run from your session. Only one run per session, and for the sake of viewers, try and push yourself so it's challenging for you. Looking forward to seeing people's longest runs!

Cool, looking forward to it.

Got in a 45 minute session on Friday night, before both my bags became unusable.

Since I didn't get to the point of doing long runs, all my best ones were around mid twenties. I don't think this thread needs to be super-strict, so even though I had some slightly longer strings than this one, I liked this one best:

So peeved. I filmed about two hours worth of stuff last night including some strings Id had in mind to post here, but i left macro mode on or something and the whole lot has come out blurred. Im not sure if any of it is worth posting :S
