"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87

"Gatsby was walking back from a visit down in Branton Hill's manufacturing district on a Saturday night. A busy day's traffic had had its noisy run; and with not many folks in sight, His Honor got along without having to stop to grasp a hand, or talk; for a mayor out of City Hall is a shining mark for any politician. And so, coming to Broadway, a booming bass drum and sounds of singing, told of a small Salvation Army unit carrying on amidst Broadway's night shopping crowds. Gatsby, walking towards that group, saw a young girl, back toward him, just finishing a long, soulful oration ... " - a passage from "Gatsby" written by Ernest Vincent Wright, late-1930's
There is something unusual about the paragraph above. However, it looks so ordinary that you don't see anything wrong about it. In fact, there is nothing wrong about it. What's so unusual about the passage above?

A tragic plane crashed happened and every single person died, but some people have survived it. How is this possible?

I like this one:
A man lives on the 12th floor of his apartment building. On his way to work, he takes the elevator to the lobby but on his way back, he goes to the 7th floor and walks the rest of the 5 floors. However, if someone rides the elevator with him on the way up, he takes it to the 12th floor where he lives.
WHY???

Acting on a tip off, the police raid a flat to arrest a suspected murderer. They dont know what he looks like, but they know his name, and that he is definitly, without question, inside the flat.
The policemen burst in, and discover a brick layer, a taxi driver, an electrician and a fireman playing cards. Without any hesitation, or communication, they immediatly arrest the fireman.
How do they know they have the right guy?
