Mike, it's cool how focused your training is. One question though, Don't you ever get bored of it? I like to mix it up a bit. Although lately I've been doing the same things a bunch. Infinities, tiltless, stepping. Oh well, it's the way to get better I guess. Props on all the stepping. Maybe you should go for stepping illusion or something...

Hey sen,
I just want to focus on a cetain aspect monthly, it is what campbell did to hone his skils. I don't really get bored of it because it is still a challenge, It is not like I can hit the move one hundred times in a row. I feel that if I can do the set well then adding the next component will not be difficult. Like I think that blur will be alot easier for me to learn after this series. I don't have someone like campbell here to bounce ideas off of or get tips so I feel that this is the way I should do things right now.

I skooled ripwalks tonight. I only did two hundred with a high of three from regular to flip and four on flip to regular. This means back to back. I had to keep the session light tonight because I had some killer cramp in my foot not sure why but the bottom of my foot cramped up and there was some pain across the top of my foot. The pain on the top is really strange it goes across my foot not up and down it. Not sure what it is so I will just rest and continue to play b-boy tonight for the ps2. This games totally proves that a quality footbag game could be made.

Skooled on monday (13th), I did 400 sidewalks and was able to link sidewalk to ripwalk on strong and also sidewalk to osis to sidewalk going regular to flip and then back I was able to link this combo three times. On flip I was able to hit back to back sidewalk.
Skooled on tuesday (14th) doing ripwalks back to back on both sides but I was only able to skool 180 since that annoying foot problem re-emerged. This turned out to be my last session in my CTs.
Yesterday I decided that it was time to buy new shoes so I set out to get those avia's I saw but they did not have them in my size so I bought a pair of G-units for cheap about 20 Canadian. I didn't skool last tonight.
Today I skooled for the first time in G-units. I was apprehensive of them since I have had problems with shin splints from lavers but as of right now there seems to be no problem.
I had a crap session as I am adjusting to these shoes. I wasn't even able to link ripwalks tonight. Did 200 and I did 200 clipper no plant clippers to adjust to the new clipper area. I suppose it is just getting used to a new pair of shoes.

Skooled sidewalks tonight, I did 200 but it just wasn't not working well. I couldn't get any on my flip in the new shoes. So I skooled 200 clipper no plant clippers on my flip to adjust to the new shoes. I think I am going to do it every morning next week until I have adjusted to the new shoes. Just a problem I am having right now. I am getting tired of just skooling stepping I think I will try something else now. Not totally get rid of it but just do it every other day. Maybe I will try gyro.

Still sidelined from the toe thing. My toe has healed fairly well but not to the point that I can footbag on it yet. I am hoping sometime time this week to get back into it. It has really sucked, I want to footbag but I just can't. I am hoping maybe thursday.
I my time off I have been playing alot of games. I have finished these ps2 games during my injury: Call of duty 1 and 2, the godfather, and 1 streetball. That sucks it just shows that I can do nothing.
Another treat I picked up for myself is the complete box set of unsolved mysteries. It is a twenty five disc set but I have not started it yet.
Hey peng peng when are you coming over? Can you bring me some footbags. Also, I discovered that there is someone on footbag.org who lives here. A chinese person, I think once I am better I will contact that person. I use the word person since I find it incredibly difficult to identify male and female names in Chinese.
Hope to be skooling again later this week,
Mike

I am finally ready to bag again after about two months of healing my toe is ready to go again. My toe nail has, more or less, grown back and well I am tired of spending my whole day on my ass. To be honest, I probably could have started back last week but my toe was still sore. Anyways, I am keep it simple right now and not bouncing around on my toe too much for fear I will hurt it again. Last nights session.
I did three hundred ducks that was it. I was able to hit a consecutive high of six in a row that was ok. I will add a little more tonight as I slowly get my back into the swing of things. This sucks as I don't know how ready I will be to meet and play with people when I go to germany in a couple of weeks. Oh well, that is life.
Take care,
Mike

Hey Mike! Welcome back.
Im glad your toe is (for the most part) better, and you are getting back into the swing of things again.
Oh, while I am thinking of it, let me apologize for not helping you out with a bag when you needed one back a few months ago. I wanted to help, but for some reason I just didnt get to it. Im sorry.
Maybe we will meet up some day and shred...
Take care,
TJ
