After watching it my advice is BOTH SIDES!!!!! lol

I don't think you attempted either Clipper or ATW with your flip (weak) side in that video. That may mean a few things. You aren't comfortable with them so you didn't want to put them on video, or you can't really do them at all/haven't tried much. Either way, I recommend to school them. Get them to the point that they feel close to as natural as your strong side. Now is the time to do this, as you work on the foundation of the game. I now that it's a lot more fun to keep learning tricks and feel that improvement, but taking the time to learn everything close to evenly will pay off when you start to do longer strings.

That said, it really looks like you have a strong foundation. And as Nick said, GREAT crank.

Of course he did, and he hit both tricks on both sides. What video did you watch? :P He even surprised himself by hitting flipside atw before strongside. Watch it again, he hits it flipside at 1:57. The moment I showed Ryan footbag, I really enforced the MUST DO BOTH SIDES schpeal.

And yeah, Sen is correct, you should school the hell out of these basics instead of moving on to bigger, better tricks right away. Sen & Ian, Thank you both for helping give Ryan some pointers. I know he appreciates it and I really appreciate it too. Footbaggers helping footbaggers help footbaggers.

Heh, My bad about missing the flip tricks. I will part of the blame on the lighting and the majority of the blame on me watching and formulating my comments before my morning coffee. I really should know better than that.

Woah woah woah... who's not robots?!

Video looked good! You mentioned this yourself but the lighting is a pretty big deal, especially for a trick analysis video. I'd work on brightening that action up. Keep it up man!

Alright, after that awsome session with Nick, Zach, Tim, and Josh I got really determined to hit some new tricks XD My clippers are getting a little bit cleaner on both sides. But I did manage to consistantly hit Atw's when i attempted them.

New tricks I hit only once or twice:

 Pickup
 Weakside Pickup
 Legover

Drum roll please!!....
... ... ...
 RIPWALK!! XD I hit it and i was so stoked.

You're smarter than I was when I first started out. I would have kept going after ripwalk. Good, focus on your basics. They're the foundation for your shred.

Alright, this happened a couple days ago but Nick, Zach, and Corey all came over to shred. I finally Hit my first 3-add move. (Flapper Stall) Then I Hit my first Osis and Flipside Osis. My Dexes are getting cleaner and my crank is even further improving.

I'm actually getting some local kids into the sport!! One has been hacking for a few years but never even heard of footbag!! The other is my gf so that's always a plus XD.

NEW TRICK INVENTED!!
Helios- Heel Osis! God knows I can't hit it but I think Nick can.

I'm taking a footbag to the Lebanon Valley College honors band so I'll be shredding there.

Peace!!
