I'm somewhat interested in buying one. Could you provide me with more information on the video? Mixes, tournys, narative? Also, whats the length of the video? It sounds pretty great.

Re: Freestyle Reality

Whether or not you know the plot, you will want to own this movie- I guarantee. Although I am an actor in this movie, I do not know the entire plot, only that the saga continues where freestyle fantasy leaves off. The highest compliment that I can dole out to a video maker is that of visionary, meaning that ones comtemplates and creates new forms of media, similar to ushering in a new era of video making. To me, Quantum Balance is a footbag movie visionary. No one had ever created a footbag/kung fu battle/shred movie before. Sam did, and it was fucking awesome, the best video I own currently. If you have 35 dollars in your pocket, or access to it, please consider buying the freestyle Fantasy/Freestyle Reality package Sam is putting together. This investment will serve you better than another footbag in your collection. Support all of the actors who flew out to California to a part of the epic creation of this film, and support a true visionary in the footbag video industry buy buying your copy of Freestyle Reality.

Since I didn't really exist when the first movie came out, I'll paraphrase what someone else said which was that one of the great things about the first movie was that no one knew anything about it and then BAM, there is was on the market. And BAM, it was great. If you find out the plot of this movie, I think it will ruin the real fun of watching it for the first time. With that said, I obviously don't think that the plot of the movie should be fully disclosed. Almost anything which can be said about the plot itself can also spoil the surprise, and why would you want that?

It's a continuation of the first movie, and if you've seen that, you probably don't need any convincing to buy the second one. If you haven’t seen the first one, you will see it since it will be on the DVD with the second movie. These movies are a part of footbag history which everyone should witness.

Like Freestyle Fantasy, Freestyle Reality is a footbag journey movie starring the phenomenal Chris Pinkus. As we should all know by now, Chris rocks at footbag. His rockin judo skills are also showcased in this movie. There many "big names" in this film. If you’re curious about the cast, check the topic on the Freestyle Reality Filming Event to see who came out for it.

Damn. That's just another addition to my list of wants.

Unfortunately my list of needs is far more heftier.

Freestyle Fantasy was an awesome film. It combined awesome shred with the story of a hero on the path to saving the world (or something to that effect). It contained some sweet special effects and some really cool players, including Chad D as a 'Raiden' character.

I'd really love to get the package for DVD. I hope I can get the $$$ before time runs out.
Comment in the BCS blog if you feel the need to.

I would like to thank Chad D for the video Vortex, Eric Reile for letting me use his camera, Lon and Jorden for their inspiration, my girlfriend Anne for being here with me, life, death, and art.

I would also like to thank Jeremy Mirken, M.S. for that sweet review. For the record, The Lion's Den, by Barredalien productions had the first footbag / kung fu. The Lion's Den 2 was the first hack fu movie to have Lon Smith in it. Whoa. I love being a rock star.
